菲殺台民／ 〈獨家〉「與菲平行調查」　法部：最快本週再出團

「廣大興號漁船」遭菲律賓槍擊事件，法務部19日舉行國際記者會，將調查證據公開，訴諸國際，並強調已經透過外交管道，希望和菲律賓平行調查，政務次長陳明堂上午表示，預計針對菲方提供的證據和開放調查範圍，重組調查團，小規模分批派員，最快本週再出團。

法務部政務次長陳明堂：「現在我們強調是，(台灣與菲律賓)來做合作的調查，菲方有菲方的證據，我們也有我們的證據，比方說加害船隻與可能涉嫌人在菲律賓，被害人在台灣，在互信的基礎下來合作，盡快重組調查團。」
