李桐豪說，反媒體壟斷管不了媒體亂象，重點是要建立賞罰機制；政府應鼓勵媒體創新、製造優質節目，對於操弄錯誤資訊、刻意製造對立的媒體應有撤照的重懲機制；併購者本身的資訊要充分揭露，公司除了有獨立董事，也要有勞工董事；閱聽人若因媒體報導權益受損，可請求賠償與名譽回復。
