Iphone what's app問題

想請問為什麼what's app裡面之前跟對方傳過的圖片檔用手機點開會變一片黑

就是之前傳圖片的歷史紀錄可以用小圖的方式瀏覽可是點開就一片黑

就算圖片在iphone相簿沒被刪掉可是從what's app點進去就是一片黑
