美國童軍組織 同意讓同性戀者加入

根據今日美國網站報導，美國童軍組織周四有超過1400位的成員，在德州達拉斯近郊的全國童軍總部投票通過，讓同性戀青年可以加入童軍。這個歷史性的決定，可能再度撼動美國大眾對同性戀的看法。

此次投票，推翻了長達22年的禁止童軍的公開同性戀活動。此禁令是來自於1911年所定下的童軍誓約，此誓約中說，「我誓盡我所能…讓我有強健的身體、警覺的心理和正直的道德」，而一直以來，童軍組織認為同性戀是不正直的行為。
