總統馬英九的整體能源政策之旅今天到達彰濱工業區，他說，台灣98%到99%的能源仰賴進口，所以使用進口能源的時候要做最理想的搭配，在穩定性最高、效率最高，但是價格不是過高的情況下享有這些能源，各種能源都必須慎重的考慮，因此能源多元化、自主性，是我國追求的目標。
