央行理監事會議，總裁彭淮南大玩「考前猜題」，準備了30頁資料，要滿足所有記者問題，首要就是宣布連續第八季維持率重貼現率1.875%不變。央行總裁彭淮南：「假如說對未來物價判斷物價會上漲的話，中央銀行就會提高利率。」

| 國道三甲計程 重機須裝eTag

木柵通往深坑的國道三甲，也就是俗稱的台北聯絡道，有民眾開發現竟然悄悄架起了計程收費門架，不是說聯絡道不收費嗎？對此高公局表示這條國道三甲，因為屬於縱向國道的支線，因此也得收費，問題是國道三甲開放重機通行，這樣一來重機也得申辦eTag，否則照樣被視為逃票。
