| 起訴陳豐義? 監委李復甸否認施壓法部

監察委員李復甸與馬以工遭投訴向法務部次長陳明堂施壓，要求儘速銷毀存檔公文的監察院秘書長陳豐義採行起訴，但李復甸接受立委訪問時否認此節，他表示，他是監察院司法與獄政委員會召集人，馬以工也是該委員會委員，而他與陳明堂又有同學之誼，不管是業務聯繫或同學交誼所需，他確實經常前法務部，也曾與陳明堂會面，但不可能關說個案，而法務部也管不了檢察官起訴個案與否，若真要關切，他不如找北檢。
