維京老虎合作 澳洲政府同意

（法新社雪梨28日電） 澳洲外國投資審查委員會今天同意維京澳洲航空（Virgin Australia）收購廉價航空公司澳洲老虎航空（Tiger Airways）60%股權案，清除本案最後一個主要障礙。

維京澳洲航空告訴澳洲證券交易所（Australian Securities Exchange），外國投資審查委員會（Foreign Investment Review Board）已經同意這項收購案，為維京澳洲與澳洲虎航建立夥伴關係鋪路，同時可能讓維京澳洲與大型航空公司澳洲航空公司（Qantas）的競爭更加激烈。

維京澳洲發表聲明說：「這項批准滿足收購澳洲虎航的另一個條件，將使得維京澳洲進入廉價航空市場並促進澳洲虎航的業務成長。」

維京澳洲說，與澳洲虎航的合作「還要符合一些條件」，維京澳洲估計7月中旬完成這項交易。

澳洲競爭與消費者委員會（ACCC）上個月同意這項交易，判定這項交易不太可能大幅降低國內航空客運服務市場的競爭。如果本案沒有通過，ACCC說，澳洲虎航可能會退出澳洲市場。（譯者：中央社何世煌）
