會計法修正 顏寬恒：父可望適用

「會計法第99條之一修正案」在立院本會期最後一天闖關成功，國民黨立委顏寬恒今天表示，昨晚半夜才臨時接獲通知，初步與律師討論，認為父親應可適用新法免除其刑，但「別人都不用來關就可以除罪」，修法又被醜化成「顏清標條款」，「身為家人很不捨、也很不平。」
