教授除罪與否 個案上由檢方認定

教授除罪修法，漏列大學教授，朝野立委認為只要司法機關逕予解釋既可解決，法務部政務次長陳明堂上午表示，如果會計法修正條文未能在立法程序上予以補救，檢察機關未來只能在個案上予以認定，由檢察官本於法律的確信，作出認定。
