世大運選手村　議員批雙子星翻版

北市工務局今赴議會專案報告世大運選手村招標案，議員應曉薇質疑，招標期間修改8次招標文件，最有利標廠商皇昌營造，承接政府工程多次發生訴訟糾紛，分包廠商日本丹下建築事務所，未取得國內開業證、也非建築師公會成員，非皇昌團隊竟可在評選中報告，評分設計不公，讓有心評委可護航特定廠商，質疑世大運選手村案為雙子星案翻版。
 
議員黃珊珊表示，此案遭建築師公會具名檢舉，是台北之恥，立院已凍結世大運選手村預算，她要求立院解凍前，市府不得與皇昌簽約。
 
新工處表示，該案因預算未過，市府尚未與皇昌簽約。
