14考委提案建議　提高公務員簡薦任比例

考試委員高明見等14人（目前考試委員共19人），今天在考試院會聯名提案，建議在不增加總人事費用原則下，適度調整各官等配置比率。
 
提案說，試委到各地參訪時，地方機關幾乎都反映，員額配置及簡、薦委任配置比率僵化，直轄市改制後，官等配置出現不平衡現象；且目前例行性、基礎性事務多委外處理，建議降低委任比率，適度提高簡薦任比例。
