台灣彩券公司公布今年4月公益彩券盈餘達新臺幣27.28億元，其中13.64億元分配至各直轄市、縣市政府供辦理社會福利及慈善活動之用，12.28億元分配至國民年金及1.36億元分配至全民健康保險準備。

台彩公司表示，自96年1月至102年4月底累積政府公益彩券盈餘達1,375.74億元，並依規定分配50%供地方政府辦理社會福利及慈善活動之用、45%供政府補助國民年金之用，其餘5%則挹注全民健康保險準備。
