前5月 上億不動產交易破1200億

根據永慶資產管理統計，今年一至五月全台的億元以上不動產交易案，包括土地、商用不動產及地上權產品，初估投資總金額已突破一千兩百億元。

永慶資產管理公司表示，今年房市價量溫和成長，建商全台持續加碼獵地，而近期公部門推出的地上權開發案，也被建商列為重點評估；壽險業則因購買不動產規定轉趨嚴格，目標也鎖定地上權標售案；商用不動產部分，資產投資機構、自用型中小企業則成為主要的買盤。大型地產物業市況熱絡，顯見投資人樂觀預期台灣房地產發展契機，引導市場資金持續投入，帶動房市交易更加活絡。今年一到五月土地成交七百億元、商用不動產成交約四百零九億元、地上權案標出金額約一百零五億元。
