立法院日前三讀通過衛生福利部組織法，但在立法院公報初稿卻把中央健康保險署的「署」長，寫成「局」長，一字之差險成會計法修法的翻版；不過，健保局表示，這是立法院公報處的差錯，但當天立院三讀議事處所宣讀的條文確實文字無誤，不影響法案的正確性，也不影響健保局升格。
