推動社區醫療照護　幸福基金啟動

這項計畫與全台22家醫院合作，只要是沒有資格申請補助的福利邊緣戶，或是無力負擔龐大醫療費用的經濟弱勢者，都是協助的對象，全年目標6千萬，將扶助2千位弱勢朋友與家庭，讓台灣的醫療照護網絡更健全。
