全國首創航權委外 台南運河舟船重現 〔記者洪瑞琴／台南報導〕台南運河遊河ＢＯＴ案，創下全國首例陸上碼頭結合水域航線 委外經營招標案，目前已選出一家核可申請團隊，七月十九日前提出詳細計畫，預定九月 得標者正式出爐。 觀旅局長陳俊安表示，該ＢＯＴ案有三家業者遞件申請，依促參法展開評選，由政府提供 土地，以台南運河全段為遊河申請範圍，並將安平漁港與安平商港航段列為市府協助推動 範圍，打造運河水岸風情。 陳俊安表示，這項ＢＯＴ案首創全國先例，陸上土地結合水域航線經營權利，但得標業者 並非取得「運河航權」，其他水上遊憩就不准來，否則市府要辦龍舟賽還得業者同意，這 樣很奇怪。 陳俊安透露，初步取得核可申請團隊是由本地業者結合高雄船公司，申請計畫因應不同河 段與橋樑，有不同船型規劃，並興建四個碼頭，且結合太陽能運用，因此獲得評審委員青 睞。 陳俊安表示，初選「入圍」這支經營團隊，須在七月十九日前進一步補提計畫，計畫全案 再經公告後，若無其他第二者競標，才算是正式取得最優申請人資格，名單可望於九月產 生。 http://www.libertytimes.com.tw/2013/new/jul/5/today-south16.htm?Slots=TPhoto -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.127.4.226
