談服貿　江揆信心喊話：台灣不怕競爭

【李英婷／台北報導】兩岸服務貿易協定簽署以來，引發各界疑慮。行政院長江宜樺今與商業領袖座談時表示，服貿開放的是資金，不是從業人口。以中藥商為例，台灣開放中藥材的批發進口，而非中藥材的零售買賣，因此不會影響現有中藥店的生存空間；至於美髮美容業擔心開放後造成大量白領人才來台？江說，必須資金達新台幣6百萬元才能輸入兩個白領管理階層，但不能從事實際生產工作，也不能從事需要證照的工作。　　

江宜樺強調，在媒體報導不夠充分或少數人的有心混淆，很多憂慮是被誇大。江還對產業界信心喊話，台灣從來就不是害怕競爭的國家，從立國以來就是採取經濟自由開放，除非進口是有特色產業，不然難以取代台灣現有產業。
