對於國民黨立法院黨團欲用核四公投換軍事審判法，行政院前院長謝長廷上午親自到立法院聲援霸佔立院議場的民進黨團。他表示，社會多數反對核四，但占多數的國民黨立委卻贊成核四，並未反應民意，表示民意有實質和形式的落差。民進黨黨團和其他在野黨團很辛苦的占據主席台，不顧形象，也沒有其他選擇，做了這樣的犧牲，也是為了要表達反對核四的多數民意。
