台電指核四使用鋼材符合美官方規定

媒體報導稱核四使用美國核管會列為「黑名單」的鋼材，台電澄清表示，報導所提的「不鏽鋼304」等材質都有經美國核管會核准且全球核電廠普遍採用。

台電指出，核四廠選用的建廠材料，是依據美國電力研究院（EPRI）進步型反應器（ALWR）提供的設計準則，其中304L與316L屬低碳不鏽鋼，有優良的抗應力腐蝕能力，即使在流動的海水中亦有一定的抗腐蝕能力，因此國際間皆廣泛應用於核電廠爐心內部組件及相關設備。
