嘉義法院今成立軍事專責法庭

嘉義地方法院因應軍事審判法修正案明天生效，14日開會成立2個軍事審判專股，由刑庭庭長兼發言人林坤志及庭長蔡廷宜承辦，法院預計接收的軍事審判案件共有酒駕肇事逃逸公共危險，以及妨害性自主罪等2案、2名被告軍人，由南部軍事法院移交，無人犯在押。

依照與南部軍事法院協調時程，明日上午南部軍事法院會會將2案卷宗送交嘉義地院，法院清點無誤隨即分案，交承辦股法官閱卷審理。
