后里大排堤防損 沙包擋水遲未修

跟著老農夫的腳步，來到大排旁的堤防。老農夫說最擔心的是這座堤防不知道還能撐多久？ ==當地老農== 下面都空空的呀(整個都掏空啦) （下面都空啦）（要做的話 花起來大約要上千萬） 原本厚度兩公尺多的堤防，整個被掏空一大半，長度超過20多公尺，就連水泥結構下也空無一物。堤防只剩下薄薄的水泥牆，當地居民實在很擔心，因為堤防邊不僅是田地，還有五十多戶居民，得靠著這道堤防擋大水。 ==當地居民== 如果堤防破了 整個都完啦下面有幾十戶住戶呀 ==當地居民== 很怕這個洞崩掉 崩掉的話剛好就好像灌氣球呀這裡的堤岸連到那裡去整個會淹到屋頂呀

原本完整的堤防，經過七月份蘇力颱風大水沖刷過後，整個被掏空一大半。20多公尺長、半米寬的堤防讓居民越看越擔心。居民多次向市府反映，換來的只有一堆沙包，先擋著應急。 ==當地里長 廖溫恭== 102年六、七月我就已經報上去(要重建)啦不過他們都只是來看看沒來做(重建)呀 台中市政府表示，將會收到水利局工程單位的工程規劃後，再核定預算發包動工。不過眼看下周可能發生的豪大雨，就怕身家和農作撐不過汛期，淹水的噩夢再度重演。
