二重疏洪道 2100全面開放通車

新北市二重疏洪道因颱風期間積水未退，22日趕不及上班時間開放，導致周邊市區道路大塞車，民眾抱怨連連，水利局高灘地管理處動用大批人力和機具從清晨5時開始由南往北清理，晚間9時宣布疏洪道全線開放通車。
