胃癌初期不明顯 應定檢

胃癌初期症狀不明顯，不少患者發現時已較嚴重。健康吉美健檢中心院長楊培鎮表示，曾收治一名20多歲患者，父親、哥哥均罹患胃癌，他自己也在一次健檢中，發現罹患嚴重的瀰漫性胃癌，但已來不及治療，發現不久就病逝。

另有一名37歲病患，因飲食不正常，應酬時常一天喝兩瓶高梁酒，後來在公司健檢發現胃部異常，進一步確認為胃癌初期，還好發現早治療後已無大礙。醫師呼籲40歲上要定期篩檢，有家族史的民眾更要提早篩檢，胃癌早期治療效果較好。
