遭雷擊故障　日航班機延誤11小時

旅客：「我們從12點05分等到現在晚上，他就是跟我們講說，它的時間、飛機的問題，可是他們都沒有所謂的危機處理。」

旅客：「我只能講說台灣人的脾氣還算不錯，還能忍耐那麼久，他們也是一直對不起、對不起啊，沒有辦法說有一個比較主管可以決定決策，不是要我們一直等、一直等，等到大家都會心浮氣躁啊。」

旅客抱怨班機一延再延，資訊不明確，讓230位乘客都待在候機室空等，最後航空公司決定臨時調派飛機載客，在晚間11點起飛，整整延誤了11個小時以上，讓旅客行程大受影響。

而航空公司表示，已經為旅客準備了毛毯和水，也發餐券應急，旅客要再與總公司確認延誤的賠償。
