科技網站CNET報導，Sony即將推出的最新款遊戲機PlayStation4，可能搭載臉部辨識和聲控功能。

隨著遊戲機市場的競爭加劇，據傳Sony將在PS4中加入聲音辨識這項新功能，以迎戰勁敵微軟的挑戰。據了解，聲音辨識功能主要內建於新的視訊攝影機Eye Camera，功能類似微軟Kinect遙控器，除了可聲控，也具臉部辨識技術。

Sony電腦娛樂部門發言人說：「我們確認PS4攝影機有聲音辨識功能，我們會在PS4於11月29日上市前公布更多資訊。」

攝影機將和遊戲機（定價399美元）分開販售，定價60美元。Sony訂11月15日在美國推出最新遊戲平台，歐洲則定11月30日上市。微軟也計劃11月推出最新款遊戲機Xbox One。
