公司法強化投資者保護 我全球排名進步

世界經論濟壇（WEF）公布年度全球競爭力報告，我國排名第十二。其中在「投資者保護」的項目進步幅度大，去年第六十五名，今年進步到第三十一名。經濟部認為，這是因為去年公司法修正生效，強化企業對董事資訊揭露的義務。（戎華儀報導）

對於全球競爭力報告，我國在「投資者保護」的排名大幅進步三十四名，經濟部次長梁國新認為，主要原因是去年公司法修正通過實施。

梁國新：『加強投資人的權益的保護是非常重要的項目，裡面包含了強化董事資訊揭露的義務，以及推動一定規模的公司應該採行電子投票，這些都是對投資人的保護有很大的幫助。』

另外，「貿易障礙普遍度」從去年五十五名進步到第三十二名；但是「企業外資持股普遍度」卻從去年的第二十八名跌落到今年的四十二名。梁國新認為，我國對外資持有股份有部分禁止項目，像是電信業屬於限制類持股，規定外資持股比例不能超過百分之四十九。
