屏東縣恆春鎮漁民蔡波昨天駕竹筏在菲律賓北方海域作業時人筏被扣押；蔡波的妻子說，丈夫今天下午用手機打電話回家，說昨天下午在菲國北方海域第3塊島嶼被菲警以越界捕魚為由扣押，帶到第7塊島嶼，筏上東西全部扣押，油也被抽光，她盼恆春區漁會、漁業署和外交部協助。
