立委：司法若變政治工具 特偵組可廢

特偵組昨天指出，立法院長王金平、民進黨團總召柯建銘涉及關說，違反立法委員行為法，有無行政責任屬國會議事自律範疇，司法不宜介入。立法院紀律委員會能否發揮效果，引發議論。

民進黨立委李俊俋說，紀律委員會是否處理，非本案目前重點，若真涉及關說，可用瀆職罪辦理，但特偵組卻公布沒有案號的案子，還直接公開譯文，根本是政治動作。

李俊俋表示，如果司法單位變成政治工具，存在只為整肅異己，那還是廢了特偵組吧。
