美英法同意在聯國討論俄計畫

法新社報導，美國官員10日說，美國總統歐巴馬已同意與法國總統歐蘭德及英國首相卡麥隆，在聯合國研究俄國所提解決敘利亞化武危機的辦法，美英法三國的討論將測試該計畫的可行性，且可能以聯合國決議形式，記錄各方承諾。
