法國將在安理會提敘利亞化武決議

法新社報導，法國10日表示將在聯合國安理會提出決議案，要求敘利亞停用化武，否則面對「極為嚴重的」報復。法國外長法比尤斯說，這項決議同時要求那些必須為8月21日大馬士革附近化武攻擊事件負責的人，接受國際刑事法院的審判。法比尤斯說，安理會將從10日稍晚開始討論這項決議案的草案。
