天兔颱風持續以每小時18公里速度朝西北西前進，今天晚上開始東北部、東部及屏東雨勢就會逐漸加大，週六雨勢最明顯，要等到周日午後才會趨緩，所以剩下幾天的中秋連續假期這些地區的網友恐怕就要在風雨中渡過，而部分公路及鐵路預計都會因這次天兔颱風侵襲而有風陸或停駛的動作，如果您現在正在東半部或屏東出遊，建議您要多加注意交通訊息，早點返回家中。
