東北季風南下囉！但強度不強，主要落在北部、東北部一帶，因此周四北部、東北部天氣會轉涼，而大台北地區、基隆、宜蘭一帶也會有短暫陣雨。

菲特颱風已經增強為中度颱風，目前往西移動靠近台灣的東北方，雖離台灣還有一段距離但外圍環流仍為台灣帶來些許水氣。
