張家祝取消與大陸商務部長雙邊會談

出席APEC亞太經合會部長及會議的經濟部長張家祝，原本預定與大陸新任商務部長高虎城舉行雙邊會談，不過由於張家祝必須回台到立院備詢，高虎城抵達峇里島的行程也有延誤，因此取消會面。

張家祝表示，原本雙方預定在6日（周日）會談，因7日立院經濟委員會要開會，自己必須前往報告備詢，因此必須搭乘6日凌晨的飛機返台，所以將會談時間改到今天（5日）晚間；但大陸代表團抵達峇里島的時間也出現延誤，高虎城要到晚上11點鐘之後才有時間，雙方無法配合，因此取消會面。
