受到美國陷入政治僵局，美股近期維持高檔震盪，相較下，那斯達克生技指數因今年來掀起兇猛漲勢，在市場出現不確定因素時，對利空消息反應較為激烈，出現較大獲利調節賣壓，上周那斯達克生技指數跌幅逾5%，但市場專家認為，若美國財務爭議協商能達初步共識，指數仍將止穩。

近期那斯達克生技指數走勢震盪，主要受到美國預算協商不確定性及個股利空消息影響，衝擊今年以來漲勢較大的生技類股，面臨較大的獲利調節賣壓，那斯達克生技指數8日重挫逾4%，10日反彈逾3%，近期走勢並不穩定。
