檢察官評鑑委員會調查檢察總長黃世銘等人洩密、關說、烏龍監聽案，今天再開會做出三大決議，第一，檢評會11月3日將針對關說案約談前法務部長曾勇夫、高檢署檢察長陳守煌、檢察官林秀濤、陳正芬、立法院長王金平、立委柯建銘6人。

第二、檢評會認為事關重大公共利益，同意讓電子及平面媒體各推1個代表旁聽，但不得錄音錄影，且必須經受評鑑人與證人同意才得進入會場。

第三、檢評會下周2將赴調查局監聽機房，了解監聽掛線實際作業流程。
