電腦系統搭配~請高手回覆(20)

小弟這兩去建國自組了一台電腦....

菜單如下:
cpu:amd fx6300
主機板:ga78lmt-usb3
記憶體:威剛ddr3 4gx2條
硬碟:seagate 1tb
power:全漢金鈦極400w
顯示卡:撼訊 powercolor hd7770

因為多年沒更換電腦~
所以一直停留在xp的年代....

但似乎感覺硬體升級了~軟體是否也該跟著升級!!
請電腦高手給小弟回答一下...

我這樣的硬體設備該怎麼搭配最適合這台電腦的系統軟體....

例: vista win7 win8 32or64...
這些我都不懂!
