第二批退稅10月底入帳

財政部表示，今年5月申報的101年度綜合所得稅第二批退稅，將在2013年10月31日撥入申請退稅人指定帳戶，或寄發退稅憑單給受退稅人。

根據統計，第二批退稅全國總計44萬餘件，退稅金額約達77億餘元。

財政部指出，綜合所得稅退稅方式只有直撥退稅及一般退稅兩種，納稅人申報時如已填妥金融機構或郵局存款帳戶者，退稅款將直接撥入帳戶，並於事後寄發「直接劃撥通知單」通知納稅人；未採直撥退稅者，則會郵寄退稅憑單給納稅人，金額不滿5,000元的小額退稅，可就近向指定付款銀行兌領現金，其餘則須提出票據交換才能領回退稅。
