【大紀元10月20日報導】（中央社記者林瑞益新竹20日電）新竹市2013年竹塹公主今天產生，由23歲的舞蹈老師鍾巧柔獲得第1名，市長許明財為新出爐的竹塹公主披上彩帶，

新竹市政府昨天起舉行為期兩天的米粉摃丸節活動，吸引許多民眾參加，並於今天公布竹塹公主選拔結果。

新竹市政府說，鍾巧柔在選美的創意行銷項目扮演蒙古公主介紹新竹市，別具特色，才藝項目則是以白雪公主的分身表演有氧舞蹈，且她的氣質出眾，獲得評審的青睞，奪得竹塹公主第1名的頭銜。

許明財表示，竹塹公主的任務是協助新竹市政府行銷新竹市的觀光休閒產業及傳統美食，更希望讓全世界觀光客知道新竹市的美好，到新竹市遊玩，吃米粉配摃丸湯。
