東北季風影響　大台北及東半部有雨

【陳亮諭／綜合報導】中央氣象局指出，今天仍受東北季風影響，迎風面的北部及東半部地區雲量較多，基隆北海岸、大台北地區及宜花東有雨，中南部地區天氣較穩定，南部山區注意午後的局部陣雨。

氣象局說，各地低溫在19到22度之間，早晚感覺稍涼；中南部地區及台東高溫可來到29至31度，日夜溫差較大。另，東北季風影響之下，沿海地區及各外島風浪較大。
