國光生技攜手日商 最快下周簽約

工商時報【記者方明／台北報導】

根據外電報導，日藥商UMN Pharma將授權國光生技（4142）流感疫苗在台灣及大陸市場販賣權，國光生技昨（24）日證實，公司下周將與UMN Pharma進行策略聯盟簽約，將引進基因重組技術，建立流感疫苗新的產製平台，未來將透過國光生技進軍大陸市場。

外電指出，UMN Pharma（位日本秋田縣）在日本開發3種流感疫苗，原則已同意將在大陸及台灣販賣許可之優先談判權，授予台灣的疫苗廠商國光生技；如談判成功，對UMN Pharma而言，國光生技是繼日本Astellas製藥、韓國日東製藥後，第3家獲販賣許可之外國藥商。

國光生技發言人潘飛表示，公司確實下周將與UMN Pharma進行策略聯盟簽約，將引進基因重組技術，建立流感疫苗新的產製平台。

他指出，UMN Pharma是亞洲唯一採用重組DNA基因工程技術製造疫苗的公司，具有時間快、成本低及運用範圍較廣的優勢。
