公館夜市近3年房價漲幅5%　冠全台夜市

【郭寶懃／台北報導】夜市是台灣指標性的文化，周邊商圈隨著人潮帶來錢潮，間接影響周邊房價漲幅，全國不動產調查指出，以台北公館夜市近3年周邊房價漲幅5%為最高，其次為台中逢甲夜市漲幅3%，再來為今年7月剛開幕的凱旋夜市與金鑽夜市漲2%。

全國不動產師大店副店長胡志維，公館夜市目前中古屋大樓的每坪100萬元以上，店面每坪為250~350萬元，尤其羅斯福路四段最前端與羅斯福路三段最尾端店面價位最高。
