柯羅莎形成 北部、東部有雨

又有颱風成形了，今天凌晨兩點，位在鵝鑾鼻東南方1千多公里海面的熱低壓，增強為輕颱柯羅莎，目前以每小時２４公里速度，向西轉西北西進行，預計往菲律賓呂宋島去，不過他的水氣從昨晚就開始影響台灣北部和東半部地區，接下來到週末，北部和東部也都會有陣雨。

菲律賓東方海面有一塊雲系，越來越緊密紮實，它是30號凌晨兩點，剛形成的輕颱柯羅莎，以每小時23公里速度，向西轉西北西朝呂宋島方向前進，雖然不會直撲台灣，但外圍環流跟東北季風造成的共伴效應，會帶來大雨。

共伴效應從週四晚上開始發威，花東跟北台灣，還有恆春都會有雨，不穩定的天氣會一直到週末。但下週遇到秋老虎發威，微涼的天氣又會熱起來，30度高溫還是有機會出現。大雨加上天氣反覆，民眾還是得多加留心天氣的變化。
