「老婆不如狗」　律師簡訊辱妻　起訴

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】1名劉姓律師(29歲)今年4月與妻子發生爭執，持不具殺傷力的槍枝，指著妻子說「要殺死你﹗」又於妻子精神狀況不佳、返回桃園娘家時，發簡訊給妻稱「要讓全台灣知道我多想你，要去總統府開槍﹗」、「要整你這個不貞的賤人。」
 
劉男另懷疑妻外遇，又在App交友網站張貼「我居然取(娶）1個只交1個男友卻和11個男生上床的家樂福打工小妹。」「老婆不如狗我真該跟狗結婚。」經妻提告，台中地檢署依家暴恐嚇、誹謗罪提起公訴。
