推特掛牌上市 收盤股價漲七成

推特公司（Twitter Inc.）今天在紐約證券交易所（NYSE）掛牌上市，以45.10美元開出，盤中最高來到50.09美元，漲幅超過九成，終場收在每股約44.94美元，漲幅約72%。

推特公司今天在華爾街股市演出處女秀，一砲而紅，顯示投資人對這宗臉書（Facebook）之後最受期待上市案的狂熱，但股市未獲推升，三大指數都重挫。

這家微網誌服務商6日首次公開募股（IPO），以每股26美元發行7000萬股，籌資18.2億美元，發行價高於原訂23美元至25美元的承銷價區間。

以26美元發行價推算，推特市值達到142億美元，是2014年預估營收11.4億美元的12.4倍。推特股價若站上45美元，市值則馬上暴衝到250億美元左右。
