涉種族屠殺 法國法庭同意引渡2盧安達人

法國上訴法庭今天(13日)裁定，同意引渡被盧安達政府通緝的2名盧安達人，因為他們涉及1994年的種族大屠殺案。

法國上訴法庭表示，他們對52歲的穆海馬納(Claude Muhayimana)以及41歲的穆薩拜瑪納(Innocent Musabyimana)所做的這項裁定，並非最終裁定，還可以上訴。

截至目前為止，法國從來沒有引渡過任何涉及大屠案的人士。這場屠殺造成大約80萬人死亡。
