挺8月肚舉重　酷媽誕健康娃

【蔡筱雯／綜合外電報導】美國洛杉磯孕婦艾莉森兩個月前因為一張照片引發爭議，她挺著8個月的身孕還在練舉重，遭許多網友痛罵罔顧胎兒安全，本月初她產下健康男嬰，宣稱感覺狀況極佳，孩子「吃得好、拉得好」，「討厭我的人可以去吃X了。」

35歲的艾莉森（Lea-Ann Ellison）9月間上傳挺大肚子舉重照片，招來一片罵聲，網友罵她只顧炫耀「辣媽」形象，不顧可能有胎盤剝離的危險。

艾莉森篤信嚴格鍛鍊體力的CrossFit健身法有助順利生產，她臨盆前3天還吊單槓做了40個「引體向上」。本月7日她於家中泡水分娩，順利生下3300克的男嬰。

不過英國助產士學院表示，艾莉森平時有健身習慣，所以舉重可能無損胎兒，但如果沒有固定鍛鍊習慣的孕婦，千萬別盲目仿效。
