預算遭刪轉嫁法扶預算 司法院：尚未定案

立法院司法法制委員會今天（25號）審查有關「法律扶助基金會」預算，會中多位立委質疑，司法院因為明年預算被刪除高達新台幣5.5億元，因此轉嫁到刪減「法扶預算」，立委痛批是「用弱勢當替死鬼開刀」。司法院副秘書長姜仁脩對此回應表示，目前還沒有定案，司法院一向都支持「法扶預算」，未來將會綜合各方考量，進行合理分配後，才會定案。
