性侵同居人女兒再滅口 惡狼二審判死

台灣高等法院審理「許川家暴殺人案」今天上午二審宣判，合議庭判處許川死刑、褫奪公權終身，全案可上訴。

死者是當時年僅18歲的少女，她13歲時遭母親同居人許川性侵，時間長達五年之久，她為了逃出狼爪，於民國100年9月報警並投靠生父。生母得知女兒被同居人染指、憤而輕生。至於許川被捕後，檢方竟讓他交保，所以他在同年11月偷偷攀爬公寓，侵入少女房內將她勒斃，然後佈置成上吊自殺、企圖誤導警方偵辦。

一審認定，許川至少性侵少女517次，採「一罪一罰」原則，依強制性交罪判刑2496年，至於許川觸犯殺人罪部分則被判處死刑，案件上訴後，二審仍合併判處許川死刑，全案可上訴。
