今年第2大IPO 希爾頓發行價每股20美元

全球連鎖飯店巨擘--希爾頓全球酒店集團控股公司(Hilton Worldwide Holdings)11日表示，已設定首度公開募股(IPO)發行價為每股20美元，成為今年來第二大的IPO案。

希爾頓本月初表示，計劃以每股18美元到21美元的發行價，公開發行1.1280億股。

如今希爾頓將發行數增至1.1760億股，將可望籌得超過23.5億美元資金，超越推特上個月IPO的21億美元。今年截至目前最大的IPO案，是在10月掛牌、籌資28億美元的油氣公司Plains GP Holdings。

希爾頓先前曾表示，計劃以這次IPO的獲利來償付債務。黑石集團(Blackstone Group)在2007年以250億美元收購希爾頓，其中包括承接70億美元的債務，這是全球在飯店部門的最大宗收購案。
